Summer '99
During the summer of 1999 I lived and studied in Florence Italy. During that time it became my second home. I was a second year Italian student, and I swear that I spoke better Italian then than I do now. Italians are the most hospitable people in the world - they are wonderful! On my three-day weekends I travelled all around Italy with other people in my program; mostly my roommates. They were great! You'd think having 5 girls living in a 3 bedroom/1 bath apartment with no living or family room would be hard, but we managed to get along.
